Role:

• Manage direct suppliers and follow purchasing KPI's
• Analyze supplier offers and prepare purchasing trend reports.
• Manage suppliers' performance and agreement's

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing files and analyze supplier offers.
• Track direct Purchasing indicators and prepare regular analyses and reports.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers' including LTA's.
• Launch RFQ to suppliers and prepare TCO of offers.
• Monitor purchasing trends and provide analytical summaries.
• Support logistics with supplier deliveries and dispatch of molds, crates, and samples.
• Assist the project team with the launch of new products and projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and other KOSTAL entities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, legislation, and environmental objectives.

Profile:

• Education: Engineer in logistic supply chain or related field.
• Proficiency in power BI, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in automotive direct purchasing
• Knowledges about Management supplier Injection and PCBA parts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Structured and independent working approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills
