POSITION:
Upper School Science Laboratory Assistant
Reports To: Science Department Head
KEY JOB TASKS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Taking out and putting back equipment and supplies for laboratory experiments in Biology, Chemistry and Physics laboratories.
- Cleaning Chemistry and Biology laboratory glassware and equipment
- Coordinating with Science Department for laboratory experiments
- Care of all laboratory equipment
- Making solutions and all preparations for experimentations
- Controlling science equipment inventory
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preference for a bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry.
- Preference for experience working in science laboratories.
- Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal) oriented self-starter.
- Fluent in English
