RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter un #CHARGE du #MARKETING & de la #COMMUNICATION :

Missions :

· Définir le plan d'actions « e-marketing » en fonction des objectifs de performance (acquisition de prospects, chiffre d'affaires, …etc.) ;

· Définir un plan de communication institutionnel annuel ;

· Réajuster la stratégie e-marketing en fonction de la mesure des résultats ;

· Cibler les canaux de communication à privilégier ;

· Concevoir et piloter des campagnes médias-web ;

· Créer les contenus et mettre à jour les outils digitaux de présentation des produits et de l'entreprise (Sites internet, Supports de présentation, Support de communication, Espaces sur les réseaux sociaux, Journal entreprise, Tutoriels, …) ;

· Optimiser le référencement et le positionnement des sites web produits et institutionnels dans les moteurs de recherche ;

· Coordonner les actions avec les partenariats : échange de liens, « co-branding », relation avec les prestataires, … ;

· Mesurer l'audience, le trafic, les chiffres de vente en ligne, … ;

· Animer et analyser la base de données clients et prospects ;

· Élaborer un reporting régulier et analyser les indicateurs de performance ;

· Identifier les axes d'optimisation du point de vue de l'ergonomie et parcours clients en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de produits ;

· Assurer la veille technologique sur les médias interactifs ;

· Assurer la veille concurrentielle, sur les tendances et sur les typologies des prospects et clients ;

· Assurer le contrôle de la « e-réputation » ;

· Réaliser les cahiers des charges et sélectionner les prestataires ;

· Participer à l'élaboration du budget des actions de communication Institutionnelle ;

· Suivre et contrôler les prestations liées à la communication produit, intentionnelle et interne ;

· Développer les relations avec la presse et les médias ;

· Assurer l'organisation et le suivi des actions de sponsoring et/ou mécénat engagées par l'entreprise.

Profil

- Formation initiale : BAC 5 en Marketing & Communication


- Expérience : Au moins 1 année probante dans un poste équivalent
