We are looking for a
Senior Data / Power BI Analyst
to join a strategic data initiative and deliver high-value business intelligence solutions supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and analyze
    Power BI reports and dashboards
    , delivering comprehensive
    KPIs
    against budgets, historical data, and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with
    business stakeholders
    to understand analytical requirements, identify critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver
    actionable insights
    to decision-makers.
  • Translate business reporting needs into scalable and efficient
    BI solutions
    , ensuring continuous alignment with operational objectives.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify key performance drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with the
    Business Intelligence framework and analytical standards
    .
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities through the analysis of
    complex data sets
    .
  • Drive process improvement initiatives through
    automation, optimization, and redesign
    of internal data workflows.
  • Stay up to date with
    BI and data analytics trends
    , ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct
    training sessions
    and provide ongoing support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of dashboards and reports.
  • Operate effectively in a
    dynamic and fast-paced environment
    , balancing speed, reliability, and interpretability.
  • Apply
    version control, code review, and documentation
    best practices.
  • Demonstrate openness to
    design thinking approaches
    , experimentation, and innovative ways of working.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Required Profile

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
    in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence roles.
  • Strong expertise in
    Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, M-Query
    , and data visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of
    end-to-end data and BI functions
    .
  • Experience with
    Cloud platforms
    is highly preferred.
  • Background in
    aviation, transportation, or logistics
    is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
    ; Arabic is a plus.

Work Mode

  • 100% remote mission
  • On-site travel to Oman once every 3 months
    required
