Sika Africa is looking for an Academy Assistant (6-month maternity leave replacement) based in Casablanca, Morocco.
This is a great opportunity to experience an international and dynamic environment supporting training and development programs across Africa.
Your mission:
You'll coordinate Academy events and trainings, support trainers with content preparation, and ensure smooth logistics and communication within our learning ecosystem.
What we're looking for:
•Strong organizational and communication skills

•Fluency in English and French
•Interest in learning, training, marketing coordination Strong organization skills
•Teamwork capabilities
•Understanding of marketing and communications
