As a Baggagist at JR, you'll be one of the first and last impressions our guests have. Your mission is to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, handle guest luggage with care, and assist wherever needed to make our guests feel genuinely welcomed and supported.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and room directions.
- Deliver luggage, packages, and messages efficiently.
- Support the Front Office and Housekeeping teams with guest requests.
- Ensure lobby and entrance areas are always clean, organized, and inviting.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team for arrivals, departures, and transfers.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements when required.
Skills & Qualities:
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely.
- Basic English or French preferred; Arabic a must.
- Team player and reliable under pressure.

Pay: 3,500.00DH - 4,000.00DH per month
