Calibration Engineer - Driveability (Oued Zem)

  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and instrument test vehicles dedicated to drivability assessment.

  • Install, configure, and calibrate accelerometers, sensors, and required measurement equipment.

  • Define, implement, and validate Vehicle Instrumentation Points (VIP) for each tested function.

  • Ensure proper wiring, verification, and reliable operation of all instrumentation systems.

  • Prepare data acquisition setups and ensure high-quality recorded signals.

  • Perform data recording during road, bench, or track testing activities.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to sensors, instrumentation, or data acquisition systems.

  • Carry out post-processing and data analysis using AVL DRIVE.

  • Interpret test results to assess drivability performance and identify improvement opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in vehicle testing and/or validation plan definition.
  • Good understanding of the V-model development cycle and general automotive engineering principles.

  • Knowledge of different vehicle types and associated technologies (MHEV, HEV, PHEV, BEV).

  • Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (written, spoken, and read).

  • Fluent in French (written, spoken, and read).

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, with strong documentation and note-taking skills.

  • Experience with measurement and analysis tools such as CANalyzer, AVL DRIVE, MDA, Concerto, or equivalent.

  • Versatile, proactive, and curious mindset.
