As part of our continued growth in Morocco, we are seeking a strategic HR & EHS Manager to lead and elevate our Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety functions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Shape and execute HR strategy aligned with global and regional business goals
  • Drive cultural transformation, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Champion EHS excellence and regulatory compliance across operations
  • Partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performance, safe, and engaged workforce

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Senior-level experience in HR and EHS leadership within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
