What you will do

• Write short form content that feels native to Reddit communities.
• Research topics and understand the context before commenting.
• Engage in threads in a way that adds value and moves the conversation forward.
• Match the tone of each subreddit and avoid anything that feels promotional.
• Monitor posts, brand mentions, and discussions.
• Summarise insights and learnings from community threads.
• Stay consistent with guidelines and deliver steady weekly output.

What you need

• Strong writing ability in short form content.
• Native level English.
• Ability to write in different tones and adapt to community rules.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify ideas.
• Comfortable researching topics quickly.
• Experience with Reddit is an advantage.
• Experience with direct to consumer brands is an advantage.
• Diligent work style and the ability to focus without supervision.
• Familiarity with brand monitoring or social listening tools is a plus.

Practical details
