Description du poste
Nous recherchons un.e Sales Account Manager pour renforcer notre équipe Afrique . Ce poste à temps plein nécessite de développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients, proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins et les accompagner dans leurs projets. Vos responsabilités quotidiennes incluront la génération de leads,la satisfaction client et la collaboration avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux. Ce rôle exige une présence à temps complet sur site.

Qualifications

  • Compétences en gestion de comptes : Expérience dans la gestion et le développement de relations solides avec les clients
  • Compétences en satisfaction client : Engagement à assurer l'expérience client et à répondre positivement à leurs besoins et attentes.
  • Compétences en génération de leads et en communication : Capacité à identifier des opportunités commerciales et à communiquer de manière persuasive et claire.
  • D'autres qualifications appréciées incluent des compétences en négociation, une maîtrise des outils CRM, ainsi qu'une aptitude à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.
