We're Hiring: Business Development Agent (Remote – North Africa)

MJ Digital is a growing digital agency based in the UAE, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Agent to represent us in North Africa. This is a fully remote position with base compensation + performance-based commission.
Role Overview
As our Business Development Agent, you will act as MJ Digital's regional representative, helping us expand our presence, partnerships, and talent network across North Africa.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow MJ Digital's social media presence
- Identify, build, and maintain business partnerships
- Scout, onboard, and coordinate talent for our agency
- Represent MJ Digital in the North African market
- Support business growth initiatives and client acquisition
Requirements
- Based in Morocco (MA), Tunisia (TN), or Algeria (DZ)
- Fluent in your local/regional dialect
- Able to communicate in English (basic to intermediate)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or digital agencies is a plus
