Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Administrator at our Tangier location. The Software Administrator will be responsible for managing system administration tasks, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining databases. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, implementing upgrades, resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration and Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform Troubleshooting
- Experience with Databases management and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
