The role mainly consists of filming podcast-style, talking-head videos using a simple setup (iPhone or basic camera, clean audio, basic lighting), then editing this content into short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, as well as occasional long-form videos.

We are seeking an experienced Video Producer and Video Editor who can handle both filming and editing, with a strong understanding of social media formats and best practices, specialized in personal branding on social media for professionals based in Morocco.

Relevant Skills:

  • Video production and editing

  • Short-form and long-form social media video formats

  • Basic lighting and audio setup

  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn content codes

  • Content adaptation for different platforms

Main responsibilities:

  • Film talking-head videos with clients, either on-site or in a simple studio setup

  • Ensure good image quality, sound, and lighting

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Occasionally edit longer-form YouTube videos

  • Adapt content to the codes of each platform

  • Work from clear briefs provided by the agency

Profile we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in video production and editing

  • Comfortable with educational and professional content

  • Good understanding of social media platforms

  • Autonomous, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Your experience with social media content (short-form and/or long-form)

The video can be recorded in English or French.

It does not need to be cinematic or heavily edited. A simple, clear talking-head video is perfectly fine.
