Job Description- Plan and manage the production process(equipment & personnel) during the shift within the area of responsibility
- Ensures On Time In Full execution of production orders to the correct Customer Specific Requirements and LEONI work instructions
- Achievement of shift targets with regular follow up during the shift (Quantity/quality / RFT/ Efficiency etc) and launch corrective actions for any deviations, using the
- required tools & methods (Kosu/8D/ PDCA QRQC etc)
- Ensure follow up of shift handover protocol (e.g. Recording / checking data in shift handover meeting / book)
- Ensures all visualisation within scope of control is maintained and updated
- Level of Education: Bachelor's degree or more.
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : 5 years' experience in the automotive industry
- Language : French
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
