GoodMove is launching its first hotel project in Rabat: LINEA Hotel by GoodMove, a new premium hospitality concept combining modern design, innovative guest experience, and personalized service.
We are looking for a General Manager to lead the opening, operations, and growth of the hotel.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Oversee reception, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest relations.
- Implement operational standards aligned with GoodMove and LINEA brand values.
- Monitor occupancy rates, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Develop and implement hotel budgets and cost-control plans.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure premium customer experience .
- Maintain brand consistency, cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
- Support sales strategies to increase occupancy & revenue.
- Represent LINEA Hotel with professionalism and brand vision.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a General Manager (mandatory).
- Strong background in hospitality, hotel operations or luxury/aparthotel sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a new opening.
