, an international BPO based in Casablanca, is looking for a motivated
Customer Service Agent
to join our growing team.
We manage customer support, after-sales, and commercial operations for companies across Europe, working in up to 7 languages.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage tickets, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented assistance.
- Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in
English
(spoken & written). - Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work on-site in
Casablanca
. - Experience in Customer Service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, chat tools).
