Customer Service Agent – Casablanca (On-site)

Full-time | Immediate Start

MSS CONNECT
, an international BPO based in Casablanca, is looking for a motivated
Customer Service Agent
to join our growing team.

We manage customer support, after-sales, and commercial operations for companies across Europe, working in up to 7 languages.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Manage tickets, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented assistance.
  • Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (spoken & written).
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work on-site in
    Casablanca
    .
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, chat tools).
