Offre de Stage Pré-Embauche : Ingénieur Génie Industriel – Lean Management & Lean Manufacturing

Lieu : Mohammedia, Maroc

Description de l'entreprise :

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour renforcer notre équipe d'ingénierie et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des principes Lean pour améliorer notre performance opérationnelle. ( De préférence quelqu'un qui habite à Mohammedia)

Missions principales :

  • Analyse des processus de production et identification des axes d'amélioration
  • Mise en œuvre des outils Lean (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, etc.)
  • Participation à la rédaction et à la déploiement des plans d'action lean
  • Suivi et mesure des indicateurs de performance
  • Formation et sensibilisation des équipes aux principes Lean
  • Support dans la gestion de projets d'amélioration continue

Profil recherché :

  • Profil fraichement diplômé en Génie Industriel,
  • Bonne connaissance des concepts et méthodologies Lean Manufacturing et Lean Management
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Disponible pour un stage pré embauche basé à Mohammedia
