Talent Scout

The TikTok Talent Scout and Manager is responsible for discovering, recruiting, and managing TikTok creators to collaborate with CreatorLab. They play a key role in identifying emerging talent and fostering relationships to build a strong roster of creators.

Responsibilities:

Talent Discovery:

• Identify and scout emerging TikTok creators with strong engagement, unique content, or potential to grow.
• Stay up-to-date with trends to find influencers who align with current and future content goals.

Talent Outreach:

• Reach out to TikTok creators to discuss collaboration opportunities and pitch brand campaigns or partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers.

Talent Nurturing:

• Support creators in growing their presence on TikTok, offering advice or strategies to improve engagement.
• Provide ongoing feedback to talent to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and goals.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

• Negotiate collaboration terms, compensation, and agreements with creators.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and provide insights to optimize future projects.
