Marketing Specialist With excellent English and Analytical skills

We are seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team in Agadir, Casablanca, or remotely from Morocco. You will be responsible for driving client marketing strategies through market research, SEO optimization, paid advertising, and social media management. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing and IT, with a focus on data-driven decisions and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Suggest innovative holiday and Canadian event offers based on thorough market research and analysis of previous data to align with client goals.
• Conduct SEO audits and optimizations to rank client businesses higher in search engines.
• Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google (including Search, Shopping, and Maps), Google and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Manage social media comments and messages for clients, responding promptly where possible to enhance customer engagement.
• Prepare weekly reports on customer behavior, marketing performance metrics, and insights into how our efforts are impacting business growth.
• Collaborate with the team to provide an overall marketing vision, incorporating analytical insights from research and data.
• Be highly flexible to conduct in-depth market research across diverse industries and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Flexibly use various platforms depending on client needs, including:

LinkedIn for recruitment and HR marketing,

Facebook and TikTok for beauty services promotion,

Google Ads and SEO for product-based businesses.
