Sinds 2021 heeft Allianz Technology zijn Allianz Services entiteit gelanceerd om te voldoen aan de projectbehoeften van de operationele entiteiten van Allianz. Voor een serviceprovider van Wegenwacht zijn we op zoek naar Nederlandssprekende Inbound Service Medewerkers. Als inbound klantenservicemedewerker voor een service-assistentiebedrijf ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van vragen en verzoeken van klanten die hulp nodig hebben bij het oplossen van problemen met hun product. Je taken kunnen het volgende omvatten: -Het aannemen van inkomende oproepen van klanten en ondersteuning bieden bij het oplossen van problemen met hun product. -Luisteren naar de klant, hun situatie beoordelen en hen relevante informatie geven over hun dekking en wat mogelijk is om hun probleem op te lossen. -Afspraken inplannen voor technische problemen. -Het volgen van procedures en protocollen om klanten zo efficiënt en effectief mogelijk te helpen en het --afhandelen van escalaties van problemen indien nodig. -Klantgegevens bijwerken in het systeem en zorgen voor nauwkeurige documentatie van oproepen. -Ondersteuning bieden aan andere afdelingen indien nodig om klanten te helpen met hun vragen en problemen. -Je zult actief bijdragen aan het verhogen van de klanttevredenheid. -Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, moet je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden hebben, zowel -mondeling als schriftelijk, om klanten op een professionele en effectieve manier te helpen. Je moet ook in staat -zijn om onder druk te werken en te multitasken in een snel veranderende omgeving.

- Je bent servicegericht en uiterst nauwkeurig. Je hebt oog voor detail en merkt zelfs de kleinste verschillen en eigenaardigheden op.
- Daarnaast ben je enthousiast, leergierig, proactief, beschik je over goede schriftelijke en communicatieve vaardigheden en laat je je niet snel afleiden.
- Ervaring in klantenservice (softskills).
- Kennis van Microsoft Office (vereist).
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
