Your Role as an APU Quality Engineer

  • QRQC Master
    : Initiate QRQC in the QIM database and validate robust containment actions.
  • Issue Eradicator
    : Analyze and eliminate customer and non-quality issues alongside management.
  • Standard Enforcer
    : Perform line audits to detect deviations and drive corrective actions.
  • Process Guardian
    : Manage 4M matrix changes and ensure customer approval for all modifications.
  • Compliance Expert
    : Update control plans and documentation to guarantee product specifications.
  • Line Authority
    : Stop any production line if standards are ignored or risks are detected.

What we are looking for

You are a fresh engineering graduate who loves logic, thrives under pressure, and has an eagle eye for detail. You don't just see a machine; you see a system that needs to be perfect.

  • Education:
    An Engineer's degree.
  • Fluency in English is non-negotiable—you'll be communicating across borders.
  • A prior internship or 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry or production environment.
  • The Mindset:
    Rigorous, reactive, and driven by logic.
