Job Description Our hotel is seeking a Spa Manager woman to lead and enhance our guests' wellness experience. As a Spa Manager, your goal will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience and oversee all spa activities. Manage and lead the spa team (practitioners, estheticians, reception, etc.) Ensure a high level of quality in the services offered (treatments, massages, reception)
Develop the wellness offering in collaboration with hotel management. Ensure operational management: scheduling, inventory, performance monitoring facility operation Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Required profile: Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-end hotel industry Excellent team management skills.
Knowledge of SPA products. Training in esthetics, massage, or spa management preferred Customer service orientation, rigor, autonomy, and leadership. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. (Fluent in English)
