Descriptif du poste

Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre partenaire  un Project Manager /PMO qui aura comme missions ce qui suit.

Assure la coordination des équipes techniques et opérationnelles en garantissant une bonne synchronisation des acteurs.

Formalise les plans d'actions et veille à leur exécution dans les délais impartis.

Suit le planning des migrations et s'assure du respect des jalons clés.

Gère les dépendances  et identifie les risques pour les anticiper et les traiter efficacement.

Anime les comités projet, produit les comptes rendus et assure un reporting régulier.

Moteur, orienté résultats:

Mobilise les interlocuteurs internes et externes pour faire avancer les sujets.

Relance les points en attente, débloque les situations et maintient une dynamique projet forte.

Tient les engagements en termes de délais, de qualité et de livrables.

Fait preuve de leadership opérationnel avec une capacité à challenger les équipes et à garder le cap sur les objectifs.

Dispose d'un excellent sens des priorités et d'une forte réactivité face aux imprévus.



Profil recherché :
  • De formation Bac+5 

  • Expérience:

    Minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans le management des projets

    Anglais courant

    Certification Prince 2 ou PMP

    Technical Skills:

    Connaissance des protocoles de transfert de fichiers (SFTP, FTPS, PESIT…).

    Familier avec les enjeux de sécurité réseau : VPN, chiffrement, Certificats

    Compréhension des architectures réseau : NAT, DMZ, routage, segmentation.

    Soft Skills:

    Collaboration, Pro activité, Structuration / rigueur, Capacité à coordonner des équipes techniques, Customer oriented (OpCos) / Problem solver.

    Capable de vulgariser les enjeux techniques et les contraintes auprès des parties prenantes non techniques.

    Anticipe les impacts techniques, évalue les risques et propose des solutions proactives.
