We are looking for a
E-Commerce Specialist
who combines creativity with commercial strategy.

This role focuses on driving
sales growth through digital channels
— optimizing our website presentation, managing influencer collaborations, and developing campaigns that convert engagement into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    digital marketing campaigns
    focused on sales performance.
  • Optimize website content, product presentation, and customer journey to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and coordinate
    influencer partnerships
    with a clear ROI approach.
  • Analyze digital performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align content with sales objectives.
  • Identify new online growth opportunities across B2C and B2B platforms.

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience
    in digital marketing, e-commerce, or sales-oriented marketing.
  • Proven experience with performance-driven campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer ROI tracking).
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Fluent in
    English and French
    (Arabic is a plus).
  • Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and digital trends.
