About the Opportunity

The National Institute of Innovation and Advanced Technology (NIIAT – Morocco) is strengthening its training and innovation programs dedicated to youth and future digital talents.

As part of this mission, we are looking for a paid PFE Intern (Stage PFE) to join our team as a Python & AI Trainer Intern, contributing to the delivery of practical, industry-oriented training programs.

This opportunity is designed for final-year students who wish to combine academic excellence with real-world impact in education, artificial intelligence, and applied technology.

Stage PFE (Paid) – Python & AI Trainer Intern (On-site)

Casablanca

Full-time · Short-term contract · Daily on-site presence required With the possibility of direct employment after completion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering hands-on training sessions in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
  • Support learners during coding labs, practical exercises, and applied projects.
  • Contribute to the preparation of training content, exercises, and learning workflows.
  • Help implement and experiment with automation tools and workflows (n8n, no-code / low-code).
  • Participate in building AI-assisted learning experiences and vibe coding sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior trainers and NIIAT's pedagogical team.
  • Contribute to innovation-driven programs aimed at empowering Moroccan youth.

Candidate Profile

This opportunity is intended for final-year students (PFE) with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in teaching and knowledge transmission.

Required Qualifications:

Final-year student (Bachelor's or Master's – PFE) in:

  • Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid proficiency in Python.
  • Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
  • Strong motivation to teach, mentor, and work with youth.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
  • Resident in Casablanca (mandatory).
  • Availability for full-time, on-site work.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

Experience or familiarity with:

  • Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • n8n, workflow automation
  • No-code / Low-code tools
  • AI agents, prompt engineering, or vibe coding
  • Previous experience in tutoring, training, or peer mentoring is a strong plus.
