The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients in the tourism sector through
cold calling and emailing campaigns
. You will help us create a strong brand presence by presenting our
special digital transformation offers
, and by supporting tourism businesses in adopting digital solutions. You will also take part in
client relationship management (CRM)
, ensuring smooth communication, progress reporting, and follow-up.

Your work will directly support both the
sales team
and our clients, helping them grow their business while adapting to the digital world.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new clients in the
    tourism sector
    via
    cold calls and emails
    .
  • Present and promote GoEtour's
    special offers and digital solutions
    .
  • Manage and maintain
    CRM tools
    to track leads, clients, and activities.
  • Send
    regular reports
    to clients about their projects, progress, and performance.
  • Attend meetings with clients to
    explain processes, strategies, and progress
    .
  • Strengthen our
    relationship with clients and partners
    in the tourism industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to
    align marketing and sales efforts
    .
  • Create and contribute to
    marketing content
    (online/offline) supporting our offers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the
    success of campaigns and outreach efforts
    .

Skills & Profile

  • Interest in
    tourism, marketing, and digital transformation
    .
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in making
    cold calls
    .
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with
    client-facing interactions
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    CRM systems, marketing tools, and reporting
    .
  • Team player with motivation to learn and contribute.
  • French is required; English is a plus.
