ML Engineer / AI Agents Builder – Model Deployment & Optimization (On-site in Marrakech)

Location: Marrakech

Type: Full-time, On-site only

Compensation: Between 13,000 and 20,000 MAD net/month (based on experience)

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who can design, deploy, and optimize AI agents — turning prototypes into production-ready solutions.

If TensorFlow, FastAPI, and model scaling are your playground, this role will put your skills to the test.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI deployment, or data science
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks
• Knowledge of API deployment using FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent
• Ability to optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines for ML and MLOps best practices
• Fluent in French; technical English is a plus
• Fully on-site role in Marrakech, collaborating closely with the team
