Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor based in the Prefecture of Casablanca. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, ensure targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include planning and delegating tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Team management and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams effectively
  • Operational oversight and procedural adherence to monitor and improve workflows
  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or telecom environment
