Job Description – Riad Host & Guest Services Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team and take part in the daily life of our riad, ensuring our guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out
• Assisting guests during their stay and ensuring their satisfaction
• Daily coordination of the riad and follow-up of simple reservations
• Light housekeeping duties, including maintaining common areas and the terrace
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a warm atmosphere throughout the riad
• Representing the spirit and values of Riad Amskal at all times

Profile We Are Looking For

• Friendly, responsible, and well-organized person
• Beginners are welcome — training will be provided
• Genuine sense of hospitality and service
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• English required: at least a good conversational level
• French is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
