Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients un Data scientist sur Rabat :

Missions principales :

-Collecter, nettoyer et préparer des données complexes (structurées et non structurées) issues de multiples sources.

-Développer des modèles prédictifs et utiliser des techniques de machine learning pour dégager des tendances et anticiper les évolutions.

-Concevoir et automatiser des algorithmes permettant de transformer les données brutes en informations exploitables.

-Construire des visualisations interactives et dynamiques pour communiquer les résultats aux décideurs.

-Contribuer à la mise en place d'outils de suivi des KPI et à l'élaboration de tableaux de bord avancés.

-Collaborer à la gestion du projet de mise en place de SI de pilotage de la performance.

-Participer à l'amélioration continue de la gouvernance et de la qualité des données.

Profil recherché :

-Master ou Ingénieur en Data Science, Statistique

-Première expérience de 1 à 2 ans en science des données, idéalement en environnement multisectoriel

-Maîtrise des outils de data science : Python, SQL,… ; R est un atout.

-Connaissance des plateformes BI (Power BI, Tableau, …) et des environnements cloud appréciée.

-Bonnes compétences en modélisation statistique et en apprentissage supervisé/non supervisé.

-Curiosit, esprit analytique et capacité à vulgariser des résultats techniques auprès de non-spécialistes.

-La connaissance de la méthodologie Agile serait un plus.
