QHSE Manager

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Manage Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management Systems from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and food safety requirements; lead audits and certifications.
• Handle internal and customer complaints, define corrective and preventive actions, and drive quality improvements.
• Lead Occupational Health, Safety & Environment activities in line with local regulations and ISO 14001.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, accident investigations, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure consistent product quality by working closely with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Manage, train, and develop the QHSE team, define KPIs, performance goals, and training plans.
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.

What makes you great

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, or business administration field with Quality background.
• Further qualifications/certifications in the Quality or HSE field are considered a plus
• Experience in Quality management, Food safety system and implementation of HACCP.
• 3 to 5 years managerial experience in applicable technology.
• Experience in Quality, Food safety & HSE Internal Audits.
• Thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices.
• Proficiency with the latest international standards
• Excellent communication (English & French) and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills
• Experience with lean management and operation excellence.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge in ERP systems.
• High level of energy.
