Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef located in Temara. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for managing food preparation, ensuring kitchen hygiene standards, cooking, and overseeing food service operations. Responsibilities include planning and preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring excellent service quality. Collaborating with the restaurant management to design innovative menus and improve the overall dining experience will also be an important aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene practices and standards in food handling
  • Experience in Food Service operations and team collaboration
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • A diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in an Italian cuisine-focused restaurant is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
