Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Manager located in Mohammedia. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business unit, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, and ensuring the unit meets its revenue and profitability targets. Additional tasks include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in business strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the business unit
