Why this role matters

We are building the next generation of digital financial infrastructure. As our first full-stack engineer, you will own the end-to-end build of our core product setting the technical direction, architecting secure systems, and shipping features that will impact thousands of users from day one.

What you'll own

  • Architect and develop our mobile application and backend systems.
  • Design and implement a secure, reliable ledger architecture with idempotent APIs.
  • Integrate with key payments and identity partners.
  • Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the product and company culture.

What makes you a fit

  • 3–6+ years building and scaling production systems.
  • Expertise with React Native + TypeScript, , and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven track record designing fault-tolerant APIs and handling high-volume webhooks.
  • Comfortable working across languages and cultures (Arabic, French, English).
  • Thrive in environments with ownership, autonomy, and high standards.

Bonus points

Experience with Redis, NestJS/Fastify, Cloud Run/Fargate, Terraform, or fintech/payments.
