Capgemini Engineering recherche un Cost Performance Coordinator chargé du suivi, de la consolidation et de l'analyse des coûts dans le cadre des projets internes. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la performance économique et la maîtrise des indicateurs financiers.

. Les missions du poste

• Consolider et mettre à jour les données coûts associées aux projets.
• Analyser les écarts, identifier les sources de variation et proposer des pistes d'optimisation.
• Coordonner les échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes internes.
• Préparer et présenter les reportings coûts à chaque phase projet.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de suivi et d'analyse.

Votre profil

• Formation : Bac+5 en ingénierie (automobile, industrielle, ou équivalent).
• Expérience : Junior – 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le suivi de coûts, la gestion de données ou le pilotage de projets.
• Maîtrise d'Excel, bonne capacité d'analyse et rigueur.
• Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler avec plusieurs interlocuteurs.
• Notions en data visualization, VBA ou Python.
