Job Description:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and auditing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will involve monitoring company expenses with suppliers and partners, analyzing financial trends, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in data interpretation, highly detail-oriented, and able to contribute to the optimization of financial processes. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and audit financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor expenses and financial transactions with suppliers and partners.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience.
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing financial data, creating reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
