Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, un groupe international opérant dans un environnement premium et exigeant recherche un(e) HR & Admin Manager anglophone basé(e) à Marrakech.
Vos missions principales
Piloter l'ensemble des activités RH : recrutement, onboarding, administration du personnel, relations sociales et performance
Mettre en place et améliorer les politiques et procédures RH dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur
Accompagner les managers et collaborateurs sur les sujets RH
Gérer les situations sensibles (discipline, investigations, contentieux)
Assurer le reporting RH et le suivi des indicateurs de performance
Superviser l'administration générale : gestion des bureaux, contrats, assurances, prestataires et conformité administrative
Profil recherché
Bac+3/5 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en RH & Administration, idéalement dans un environnement structuré ou international
Bonne maîtrise du droit du travail marocain
Solides compétences en recrutement, gestion administrative et relations sociales
Leadership, sens de l'organisation, confidentialité et orientation résultats
