Business Growth Hub is expanding and we're looking for a talented Event Organiser to join our team. This role is central to delivering high-level networking events, product launches, and corporate gatherings that connect Morocco's business community.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
  • Venue & Vendor Liaison: Book venues, negotiate with suppliers, and liaise with caterers to ensure quality service.
  • Guest Registration: Manage attendee sign-ups through Eventbrite, , and other ticketing platforms.
  • Sponsor Relations: Assist with sponsor outreach, coordination, and on-site branding.
  • Marketing Support: Work with our team to promote events via LinkedIn, social media, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • On-the-Day Operations: Oversee guest check-in, manage the registration desk, and coordinate ushers, AV teams, and photographers.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Ensure sponsors and guests receive professional post-event communication and coverage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, corporate events, or hospitality management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Familiarity with online ticketing systems (Eventbrite, ).
  • Fluency in English and French (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events are scheduled.
