Position Overview:
As a Grants Expert, your main goal is to handle complex issues related to innovative projects in various technological and industrial sectors. Your job is to secure funding for R&D, investments, and public incentives to support our clients' strategies.

Working with the Grants team and directly with the client's top executives (like CFO, CEO, R&D Manager, etc.)

Missions

  • Drafting: Turning the information from project promoters into clear and convincing subsidy requests. You need to quickly understand the strengths and weaknesses of a project or business and advise the client.
  • Co-funding Detection: Analyzing R&D investments and project outlines to find the best funding opportunities for your clients at European, National, and Regional levels.
  • Consortium Building: Helping your clients find partners across Europe when needed.
  • Process Efficiency: Managing the entire application, reporting, and project management process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Reporting: Helping clients with both technical and financial reports during the project.
  • Communication: Acting as a key contact within the company and with public authorities.
  • Business Development: Assisting the team in creating commercial proposals and supporting account development activities.

Profil
Profile:

  • You are passionate about R&D, innovation, and sustainability, with a generalist engineering background (mechanical, etc.).
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • You are client-focused and willing to engage with clients' executives to manage or drive complex funding applications.
  • You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, allowing you to adapt in a technical environment and interact with senior executives.
  • You are meticulous and methodical with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • You are fluent in English and French; other languages are a plus.
  • You are proficient in IT tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
