Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la préfabrication un Responsable Transport & Logistique expérimenté, basé à Rabat.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation de la flotte de camions et véhicules (planification, entretien, conformité réglementaire).
  • Piloter et coordonner les opérations de transport et logistique afin de garantir la fiabilité, la rapidité et la qualité des livraisons.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance pour optimiser les coûts et délais.
  • Encadrer et développer les équipes terrain (chauffeurs, magasiniers, manutentionnaires).
  • Veiller au respect strict des normes de sécurité, qualité et maintenance.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+3 / Bac+5 en Logistique, Transport ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée de 7 ans minimum en gestion du transport et logistique, idéalement dans le secteur industriel ou BTP.
  • Maîtrise des outils de planification et gestion de flotte.
  • Solides compétences en management d'équipes opérationnelles et en optimisation des process.
  • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et forte capacité à prendre des décisions rapides.
