Mission
You'll help shape the core intelligence of Invirtus by improving and expanding our AI models. The foundation is in place — now we're refining, scaling, and preparing for real-world performance. You'll work closely with the tech and product team to integrate AI into a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Improve and scale existing models (Deep Learning, LLMs, embeddings, audio/video)
- Define evaluation and validation processes
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Translate research into production-ready models
- Stay current with state-of-the-art techniques and tools
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in applied ML or AI
- Strong skills in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience in one or more of: NLP, LLMs, voice/emotion analysis, embeddings
- Experience deploying models in real-world products is a plus
- Strong communication and autonomy in fast-paced settings
- Tech Stack: Python - Pytorch - Scikit-learn - LLM - Jupyter Notebooks - Matplotlib
