The Maintenance Technician is required to fulfill the following tasks:


• Intervene at the level of adjustment and preventive maintenance while following the criteria of an ad hoc intervention, &correct any anomaly occurring to the equipment's.


• Ensure the start-up of the newly acquired means of production, introduce the necessary modifications following changes in level.


• Introduce improvements in the aforementioned means according to the schedule and the indications defined by Engineering.


• Complete the follow-up documents reserved for this purpose, taking into account the instructions received.


• Ensure good management and logical consumption of spare parts.


• 1st level maintenance monitoring


• Control the movement of materials and report them to the Maintenance supervisor


• Ensure respect for equipment.


• Execute the preventive maintenance plan set by the hierarchy.


• Respect existing procedures.


• Updating reports of Maintenance interventions.


• Ensure the installation of new equipment.


• Perform all the functions delegated to it by the hierarchy.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards.


• Ensure compliance with environmental standards.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety standard
 

Your Background:

  • Bac +2/3 (BTS/DUT, Electronics, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Maintenance of automated systems,...).

  •  Freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.

  • Knowledge of Maintenance process.

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Problem solving techniques
