GRH MAROC est à la recherche d'un PROCESS ASSISTANT ENGINEER (INGÉNIEUR ASSISTANT PROCESS)

Localisation : KENITRA

Secteur : Batteries

Mission principale

Assister l'ingénieur process dans la conception, l'optimisation et le suivi des processus de production afin d'assurer la qualité, l'efficacité et la sécurité des opérations.

Responsabilités principales

Aider à la documentation et à la mise à jour des procédures opérationnelles (SOP).

Participer à l'optimisation des lignes de production et des procédés industriels.

Assister dans l'analyse des problèmes de production et proposer des solutions.

Collaborer avec les équipes R&D, production et qualité pour la mise en place des standards.

Collecter, analyser et suivre les données de production.

Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue (lean manufacturing, réduction des déchets…).

Participer aux tests et validations process.:

Soutenir l'ingénieur process dans le suivi des indicateurs de performance (OEE, TRS, rendement…).

Compétences techniques

Connaissance des processus industriels et méthodes Lean.

Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données : Excel, Minitab, Power BI…Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des documents techniques.

Connaissance des normes qualité (ISO, IATF 16949…).

Profil recherchéBac+4/5 en génie industriel, mécanique, électrochimie ou équivalent.

Première expérience en industrie souhaitée.

Rigueur, organisation et sens de l'analyse.

Bon niveau en anglais.
