We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to lead the development of the mobile version of a client's software, a cutting-edge project management SaaS platform designed to eliminate the fear of failure in high stakes, regulated environments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intuitive, scalable, and secure mobile applications that empower executives and teams with real-time risk and performance intelligence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a mobile application that mirrors Hanshi's core capabilities: unified risk management, transparency, and execution intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure seamless integration of features such as:
  • Real-time project tracking
  • Risk and resource management
  • Scope and budget visibility
  • Transparent reporting dashboards
  • Ensure the mobile app is light, fast, scalable, and secure.
  • Optimize for performance across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Implement integrations with backend systems and APIs.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
  • Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
  • Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native development (Swift/Kotlin).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based services.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and data privacy standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building SaaS or enterprise-grade mobile applications.
  • Background in project management tools or platforms (Good to have).
