Job description:
Your role is to transform functional and non-functional requirements into designs that result in simple, efficient, and maintainable software, best addressing the needs of internal customers.
Key Missions
- Define and drive software architecture aligned with performance, security, and quality requirements
- Lead technical decisions, feasibility studies, and architecture trade-offs
- Act as technical leader throughout the full development lifecycle
- Ensure consistency of design, technologies, and non-functional requirements
- Support and mentor development teams and collaborate with Product Owners
- Contribute to technical estimations and technology selection
Profile description:
Technical Skills :
- Engineering degree or validated education in computer science or equivalent
- 9+ years of experience in software architecture (7 years development min, 2 years design)
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot with solid expertise in Angular for front-end development
- Experience with authentication and identity management solutions (Keycloak, OpenID Connect)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Web services development
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
- Secure programming practices (strong plus)
Languages :
- French: Fluent
- English: Professional working proficiency
Soft skills :
- Leadership, communication, and team spirit
- Rigor, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt
