About the Company

We are seeking an eager and junior creative video editor or Post-Production Specialist to handle the editing and enhancement of our recorded audio and video content. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging, high-quality output that aligns with our brand and project goals. We like to welcome you in our team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material (audio, video, and graphic elements) into finished products.
  • Clean and enhance audio: noise reduction, leveling, EQ, and mastering.
  • Perform color correction, color grading, and visual enhancement.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions when needed.
  • Sync audio and video, manage multi-camera sequences, and ensure continuity.
  • Adapt content to different formats (social media clips, long-form videos, promotional assets).
  • Manage project files and maintain an organized digital asset structure.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and marketing teams to meet project objectives.
  • Stay updated with current post-production trends, styles, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, ).
  • Solid audio-editing skills using tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar.
  • Knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Verbally and written good in English.
  • Must be based in Casablanca with availability for on-site collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in media production, film, communication, or related field.
  • Experience with podcast editing, YouTube content, or social media-first formats.
  • Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and production is a bonus.
