Job Position

We are seeking an experienced
FIT Travel Designer
to join our team in Marrakech. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about creating high-quality, tailor-made travel experiences for individual travelers exploring Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and manage customized FIT travel itineraries throughout Morocco.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, guides, and local suppliers.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, experiences, and on-the-ground services.
  • Ensure seamless trip execution with meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client communication before, during, and after travel, ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in FIT travel planning, destination management, or luxury travel consulting (mandatory).
  • Based in Morocco
    and legally eligible to work there (mandatory).
  • Fluency in Moroccan Arabic and/or French
    , with excellent command of
    English

  • Deep knowledge of
    Moroccan destinations
    , culture, accommodations, and tourism suppliers.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines efficiently.
