Apply now for the position of Offerto Order Intern "6 months Internship Program" (M/F)Based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your role:

• Join the Offer-to-Order (OTO) team to work on service offers for both public and private sectors.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in bids, including Sales, Business Managers, Project Managers, Procurement, etc., to produce efficient and optimized offers.
• Support internal marketing of OTO processes and ensure their diligent implementation by all stakeholders.
• Manage the tracking and follow-up of offers, including monitoring PM80 (Hand Over to OTC, Order to Cash), and coordinating with Customer Service (CS) teams for maintenance and extended warranty follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with the overall Order to Cash Team, for contracts, bookings, and other commercial elements.
• Work with SBAs for contract generation and with OTC AR teams on financial matters such as Credit Committee reviews, finance costs, and other related issues.

Your expertise:

• Student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Bac+3).
• Background in Finance or Business Management with a focus on Finance.
• Experience in Bid Management is an advantage.
• Strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Fluent level in English and French (Written and Spoken).
• You are a go getter, you are proactive, a great communicator and an initiative taker.
• You are efficient, can multitask between different ongoing projects, and can work under pressure of deadlines.
