Controlling Specialist (F/M)

The Task:

› 
Establish and manage the reporting structure for NSK in preparation for its transition into a production plant.

›
 Prepare monthly financial reports (Plant & BU Packs), including data collection, analysis, and variance explanations.

›
Lead budgeting and mid-term planning processes, prepare budget packs in line with NSK requirements, and recommend cost-saving measures.

›
Develop forecasts, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions to Plant and BU management.

›
Contribute to workforce planning based on production volumes in collaboration with production managers.

›
Present financial results during OC meetings and visits from NSK management.

›
Ensure accurate data entry (MTP, budget, forecast) in HFM.

›
Support month-end closing in cooperation with Accounting.

›
Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Planning & Logistics, Projects, and all departments to set and monitor cost targets.

›
Control plant costs, analyze departmental costs, and provide cost information to ESBU, NSSH, and NSSM management.

›
Monitor Capex and tooling expenses to ensure compliance and reliability.

›
Support the inventory process and ensure consistency of data across departments.

›
Perform additional activities supporting the company's business objectives.

Your Profile:

› 
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Economics, Accounting, or Finance required. A Master's degree is a plus

› 
Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning skills.

› 
Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial project evaluations.

› 
Advanced MS Excel skills (knowledge of HFM or similar tools is an advantage).

› 
Ability to present data clearly and prepare high-quality management reports and analyses.

› 
Fluent in English and French

 Proactive, independent, and resourceful, with strong teamwork skills.

›
 Results-driven and highly motivated.

› 
3–5 years of experience in financial controlling within a manufacturing company.

›
Ideally with experience in the automotive industry.

›
Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
