Are you incredibly organized with strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills? Do you pride yourself on your accuracy and attention to detail? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our team by ensuring the integrity and organization of critical business data. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and accurate reporting across our sales and operations departments.

Key Things You Will Do :


•⁠ ⁠Accurate Data Input: Enter high-volume data from various sources (paper documents, digital files, sales reports) into our CRM and internal databases with exceptional accuracy.


•⁠ ⁠Data Maintenance & Cleanup: Perform regular data quality checks, identify and correct inconsistencies, and maintain the organization of shared drives and digital filing systems.


•⁠ ⁠Spreadsheet Management: Utilize advanced functions in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) to manipulate, clean, and summarize large datasets.


•⁠ ⁠Sales Support: Assist the sales team by tracking leads, updating customer records, and preparing basic sales performance summaries.


•⁠ ⁠Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for data queries, communicating clearly with team members to resolve data entry issues.

What We Are Looking For:


•⁠ ⁠Expert Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: Proven ability to manage, analyze, and present data using complex spreadsheet functions is a must.


•⁠ ⁠Unwavering Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and a methodical approach to managing information.


•⁠ ⁠Basic Sales Process Knowledge: An introductory understanding of how sales cycles, lead tracking, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems work.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate data findings and data needs with both technical and non-technical staff.


•⁠ ⁠Experience: Previous experience (1-2 years preferred) in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 6,500.00DH per month
